A little bit of information about Christmas Day at The Swan:
We offer a 3-course gourmet meal, in our gorgeous gastro pub with roaring fires and twinkling lights – we really know how to turn on the Christmas magic! A deposit of £50 per person is required at the time of booking, and pre-order & final payment required by the 1st December. We always ensure to try and cater for all dietary requirements including dairy free, gluten free, vegan and vegetarian but if you have any specific queries please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Our maximum table size for Christmas Day is 12 people, but we have a huge variety of tables available from a cosy table of 2 by the fire, to a larger table in the Conservatory. The full cost is £115 per adult and £85 per child this year.
The BIG New Year’s Eve Party
We will be hosting our usual BIG New Year’s Eve Party, which will be pre-booked entry only. Doors will open at 7pm and we will be partying till 1:30am! The infamous gourmet buffet will be served at approx. 7:30PM, there will then be a DJ and disco running until the count down to midnight! You will get a complimentary glass of champagne to toast in the New Year followed by a dazzling firework display.
Tickets this year are £65 per person which you will be required to pay for at the time of booking. We are taking all reservations via our website, www.thehanleyswaninn.com; just go to the reservations tab as if you were booking a dining table and select The BIG New Year’s Eve Party at 7pm on the 31st December. Book as many tickets as people you would like on your table, all tables will be allocated to ensure everyone has somewhere to sit down for the buffet and throughout the night. Should you need to cancel your ticket, please let us know as soon as possible; if you cancel before the 1st December you will automatically receive a full refund, if you cancel after the 1st December you will only receive a refund if we are able to resell the tickets.
Please note, in order to make the best use of the space we have available, groups of 2 may be required to share a table with another group of 2. Please call us if you are booking for 2 people but would specifically like your own table.
